Privacy — review draft

Scope. This draft covers the prelaunch Vekri website and waitlist, not an operational reminder app. The waitlist does not collect voice recordings, task content, uploads, payment details or app account data.

Operator. The website is operated as an individual project by Nico Piedra (display name). [Review: full legal identity and operating country to confirm.] Contact: hello@vekri.io.

Waitlist data. A signup stores your email address, trimmed and lowercased; the selected interface language; an optional referral source from the URL; a unique record identifier (UUID); and a creation timestamp.

Purpose. These details record your interest and support the launch and access updates you requested. The language is used for communication. Joining is not blanket permission for unrelated marketing. Storage and providers. Waitlist records are stored in the Lovable Cloud database. [Review: hosting and other providers, processing locations, access, transfers and provider logs to confirm.] No analytics integration was found in the inspected website code; hosting logs and external services remain unverified. This is not a zero-tracking or no-sharing assurance.

Language preference. The website uses your browser language, with English as a fallback. A manual language choice takes precedence and is remembered in your browser’s local storage under vekri-lang. No IP lookup or geolocation request is used for language selection.
