Scope and operator. These draft terms cover only the Vekri website and waitlist. The website is operated as an individual project by Nico Piedra (display name). [Review: full legal identity and operating country to confirm.]

Prelaunch plans. Vekri is being built. English, Spanish and Russian are the intended app languages, but the website does not guarantee a release, launch date, invitation or particular final features.

Waitlist. Joining records interest in requested launch and access updates. It is not a purchase, paid subscription or promise of immediate app access. No payment is collected through this website or waitlist.

Illustrative preview. The app preview is an illustration, not a working app. Its Speak and Type controls do not record audio or submit tasks, and the sample reminders do not deliver notifications.

Your email and use. Submit only an email address you are entitled to use. Do not submit others’ addresses without permission, send abusive or unlawful material, or attempt to disrupt or misuse the website or waitlist.

Privacy. The Privacy review draft describes the website and waitlist data practices and unresolved facts. Read it through the Privacy link on this page. Neither draft is ready for publication.

Legal rights. Nothing in these draft terms excludes rights that cannot be waived under applicable law. No governing law, arbitration requirement or blanket liability waiver has been selected.
